Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and drive performance across the business. This role will be responsible for improving systems, managing sales performance, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day business operations Manage, motivate, and support staff Plan schedules and allocate resources effectively Maintain high service and quality standards Manage client communication and resolve issues professionally Use customer service and project management software (e.g.

ClickUp

, CRM systems) to track performance and workflows Monitor sales performance and implement improvements

Quality control on sales calls

to ensure professionalism and consistency

Train, coach, and develop the sales team

Review sales calls and team interactions to improve quality and conversions Update and refine objection-handling processes Improve internal systems to increase team efficiency Prepare reports for senior management Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements

Previous management or supervisory experience Experience using CRM / customer service software (e.g. ClickUp or similar) Sales management experience Proven ability to train and improve sales teams Ability to analyse performance and improve processes Professional manner and positive attitude Ability to lead and develop a team
Relevant Management,sales or operations certifications will be advantageous.
