Role Overview
Join our client's dynamic team as an Operations Analyst specialising in compliance within the financial services sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Account Management: Account opening, onboarding, compliance screening, and referrals investigation

• Transaction & Payment Processing: Reviewing and approving referred funds, additional information requests, payment tracers/recalls, and private client payments above xc2xa3250k
• Client & Counterparty Communication: Handling client inquiries, counterparty information requests, and updating client details
• System & Database Management: Managing HubSpot onboarding, syncing systems, unlocking web accounts, and maintaining the client database
• Reporting & Compliance: Affiliate approval and registration, KYC refreshes, and statement management (weekly/monthly)
• Operational Support: Online demos, troubleshooting portal issues, trade support inbox actions, and executing online payment instructions requiring drawdown

• 2-5 years of experience in onboarding or transaction monitoring roles
• Strong process adherence and attention to detail
• Experience in account opening and compliance screening
• Experience in managing HubSpot onboarding and syncing systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Experience servicing both clients and internal sales teams
• Desire for long-term success in the role
