Key Responsibilities

Capture, update, and manage data accurately
Assist with email, text, and call follow-ups
Support outreach campaigns and basic script updates
Manage tasks using
Monday.com
Update and maintain CRM records (e.g. Close CRM or Salesforce)
Assist with client onboarding information and documentation
Maintain internal documents and shared folders
Provide general administrative and operational support
Requirements

Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
Willingness to learn CRMs and task management tools
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks
Clear written communication skills
Previous experience in
