Are you a proactive and detail-oriented administrator with a passion for operational excellence? Our client is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team and support the efficient functioning of their branch operations.About the Role
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager and overseeing warehouse staff, drivers, and technicians, the Operations Administrator is pivotal in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Youll manage stock, coordinate service calls, oversee vehicle logistics, and support admin processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability.Minimum Requirements

• Relevant post-school qualification
• 12 years experience as a Warehouse Administrator
• 12 years experience as an Operations Administrator
• Strong background in stock control
• Prior exposure to a client service environment

• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency
• Database capturing knowledge (advantageous)
• Telephone etiquette and professional communication
• Strong planning, organizing, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Conflict resolution, interpersonal sensitivity, and teamwork
• Tenacity, judgment, and decision-making ability
• High integrity, business acumen, and work ethic

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring callouts are closed within SLA timeframes
• Stock management (transfers, GRNs, stock counts, returns)
• Administering and reconciling petty cash
• Capturing and closing job cards on DDS Enterprise
• Vehicle coordination (services, inspections, licenses)
• Quoting, invoicing, and route planning
• Coordinating technician dispatch and analysing kilometre claims
• Maintaining tidy and compliant warehouse space
• Supporting interdepartmental communication and reporting
