If youre looking to get off the tools entirely or move into a full design/management position, this probably isnt the right fit.Youll work across both planning and execution, preparing wiring schematics, configuring the agrilogiq system control logic, troubleshooting remotely, and getting your hands dirty with field installations, fault-finding, and system commissioning. From control panels and sensors to irrigation automation and power management, your work will directly support farmers in improving yields while reducing energy and water use.If you're passionate about applied technology, want variety in your day-to-day tasks, and thrive in a space where you can see the direct results of your work, this is the kind of role that makes a career meaningful.Move into the booming automation/tech sectorReal field responsibility and skill developmentWork side-by-side with technical founders and senior engineersWhat Youll Be Doing:Helping customers remotely by talking them through issues, checking system logs, and logging the fix so we can learn from it,Working with the team to troubleshoot wiring faults, plan retrofit changes, and sort out on-site issues when things arent working as expected,Draughting wiring diagrams, panel layouts, site layouts and system plans as needed,Using CAD (like AutoCAD or Inventor) to do basic drawingsHelping build internal how-to guides or quick reference docs to make support and installs smoother,Giving feedback to the product team on what works and what doesnt in the field,Digging into recurring issues to figure out what caused the fault and how to prevent it next time,Building and wiring panels, doing installations, and helping commission systems on-site,Lending a hand with workshop builds, packing, or tool prep, sometimes in-field or under pressureYoull Excel in This Role If You:Are motivated by real-world execution, not just planning and analysisEnjoy physically building systems and solving issues in the fieldAre comfortable using basic tools, working in shared spaces, and adapting to changing tasksValue teamwork, take initiative, and dont mind getting your hands dirtyThis role requires self-driven learning.
