Dis-Chem Pharmacies in Midrand has an opportunity available for a Senior Operational Support to join the team.
Experience & Qualification:
Essential:

• Matric or Senior Certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Transportation, Logistics, Retail
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role.

Advantage:

• SAP Certification
• Experience in EWM or ERP Systems

Responsibilities:

• Lead day to day facilitation and coordination of the Operational Support department
• Develop and design operating reports to support monitoring and performance tracking of ongoing operations and success of new initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure smooth integration between all relevant supply chain systems.
• Provide support to the development and implementation of new operational systems in Supply Chain.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to improve or enhance business processes and reporting within the Supply Chain.

• Maintain, change and support all relevant master data that drives all relevant supply chain systems.
• Monitor and investigate system performance, communication and Data integrity between SAP EWM and SAP ERP systems.
• Deliver overall project outputs including managing all aspects of the defined project within defined time lines, from design through to post-go-live support.
• Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders across the Group to be well positioned to identify future opportunities for operational process improvements within the business.
• Assess and supervise the Junior Operational Support team to continually improve processes and outcomes.

Competencies/skills required:

• Knowledge of Supply chain and Warehouse processes.
• Follows fiscal guidelines, regulations, principles, and standards when committing fiscal resources.
• Builds constructive working relationships characterised by a high level of acceptance, cooperation, and mutual respect.
• Able to effectively deal with change and diverse people
• Computer Skills Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
