SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic, hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager / General Manager to oversee and drive performance across our Logistics, Production, and Maintenance departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Full accountability for Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and departments
Drive day-to-day operations, ensuring interdepartmental coordination
Lead and mentor departmental managers
ERP Systems & IT Integration
Optimize ERP utilization across manufacturing, dispatch, and inventory
Collaborate with IT for seamless ERP and integration
Monitor system performance and drive ongoing improvements
Business Planning & Performance
Contribute to business strategy and forecasting
Track and report KPIs, ensuring goals are met or exceeded
Develop business cases to support growth and efficiency
Budgeting & Cost Management
Manage capital project budgets and plant upgrades
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
Monitor utility consumption and control operational expenses
Compliance & Risk
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (FSSC22000, OHSA)
Lead change management with minimal operational disruption
Continuous Improvement
Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and boost performance
Monitor capacity utilization and OEE, driving improvements
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Oversee technical projects and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Team Development
Identify training needs and support team development
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
Key Result Areas
Ensure optimal plant performance and raw material management
Analyze inefficiencies and implement performance-enhancing strategies
Reporting
Provide monthly and quarterly reports to the Technical Director

Requirements:
Proven experience in an operational leadership role within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration
Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team development skills
Knowledge of compliance standards (FSSC22000, OHSA)
Financial and project management acumen
