Newmark Hotels & Reserves is looking for a dynamic, detail-driven Cluster General Manager to lead our flagship Qwabi Private Game Reserve in Limpopo, home to two exceptional 5 star lodges, Letamo and Babohi.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as an Operational General Manager or Cluster GM in luxury lodge or resort operations. Strong commercial and operational acumen. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. South African citizenship or valid SA working rights is essential. Thrives on detail and believes in walking the property daily. Balances financial performance with brand and service excellence. Leads with presence, mentors with purpose, and delivers with precision. Innovates, builds relationships, and upholds the highest standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role requires a rare balance of strategic leadership and hands-on operational excellence. You'll drive commercial growth, protect the asset, develop teams, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences that define our brand.
