Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- An Electrical Engineering Diploma is advantageous
- 3-phase Installation Electricians
- 3-5 years' experience in fault-finding, system integration and solar installations
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP Systems and job-specific software systems)
- Knowledge of relevant production, engineering, sales and marketing processes and practices
- Proactive
- Action-oriented
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Oversee and manage technical support and maintenance activities
- Ensuring the highest levels of compliance and standards as defined by the overall industrial strategic objectives
- Technical support: ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime
- Maintenance planning and support: achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward-planned and structured maintenance activities
- Compliance: ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, protecting assets, people, and reputation
- Customer service: maintain a strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines
