Job Description


REQUIREMENTS

  • An Electrical Engineering Diploma is advantageous
  • 3-phase Installation Electricians
  • 3-5 years' experience in fault-finding, system integration and solar installations
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP Systems and job-specific software systems)
  • Knowledge of relevant production, engineering, sales and marketing processes and practices
  • Proactive

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and manage technical support and maintenance activities
  • Ensuring the highest levels of compliance and standards as defined by the overall industrial strategic objectives
  • Technical support: ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime
  • Maintenance planning and support: achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward-planned and structured maintenance activities
  • Compliance: ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, protecting assets, people, and reputation
  • Customer service: maintain a strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines
