Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS

An Electrical Engineering Diploma is advantageous
3-phase Installation Electricians - Wireman's license
3-5 years' experience in fault-finding, system integration and solar installations
Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP Systems and job-specific software systems)
Knowledge of relevant production, engineering, sales and marketing processes and practices
Proactive

Communication skills (both verbal and written)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage technical support and maintenance activities
Ensuring the highest levels of compliance and standards as defined by the overall industrial strategic objectives
Technical support: ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime
Maintenance planning and support: achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward-planned and structured maintenance activities
Compliance: ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, protecting assets, people, and reputation
Customer service: maintain a strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines
