To support effective project management by preparing, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality project reports and dashboards that enable timely and informed decision-making. The Officer: Project Reporting plays a key role in ensuring accurate tracking of project performance metrics, progress, and compliance with governance requirements.
Compile and validate project data to produce periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports on cost, schedule, progress, risk, and performance.
Develop and maintain project reporting templates and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other reporting software.
Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with baseline targets.
Liaise with project teams to gather inputs and updates for reporting purposes.
Identify reporting gaps or inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
Support governance reviews and audits by ensuring reporting compliance and documentation is in place.
Provide ad hoc analysis and reports as required by senior management or project sponsors.
Maintain a project reporting calendar and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
