Job Description


Qualifications:

  • National Diploma or Degree in Management, Office Management & Technology, or relevant administrative qualification
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the day-to-day activities by giving administrative support to the Board.
  • Booking travel and accommodation, facilitate payments of Board members.
  • Coordination of board committee meetings and minute taking of committee meetings/follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate engagements of the Chairperson and the Board with external Stakeholders and prepare the
  • Chairpersons briefing notes before meetings.
  • Provide "gatekeeper" role, or smooth communication between the Commissioner, Company Secretary,
  • Stakeholders and Board to maintain credibility, trust, and support to the Chairperson.
  • Manage the Board calendar in consultation with the Company Secretary.
  • Keep the Chairperson informed of his weekly engagements in advance.
  • Signing off on official documents and reports as instructed by the Chairperson.
  • Providing adhoc administrative support to the Company Secretary office and other board members.
Required Competencies and Skills:
  • Be capable of undertaking research
  • Speech drafting/report writing
  • Attending to correspondence both internal and external
  • Ability to prepare reports as required by CS and Chairperson of the Board
