Job Summary This Office Assistant Administrator role will support the Hospital with the issue of staff work wear and will include a lot of contact with healthcare professionals. Details This role is based at a hospital, the work environment is very busy and will require someone highly organised and personable to support smooth running of the uniform issue process. Description This Administrator position is a week by week position and will work on a rota, times available are mainly weekends although some week work can be taken as overtime. *Supporting the team by updating the issue logs for staff uniform *Issuing uniforms to staff on a daily basis *Delivering uniforms to other areas of the hospital when needed *Completing order forms and managing stock levels *Working on Microsoft Excel, Outlook and keeping paper trails Profile This Administrator role will require an immediate start, an excellent administrative support and the following attributes; *Excellent Microsoft word and excel skills *Excellent team player *Experience working within a office support role, any NHS specific experience would be advantageous *Strong communication and customer service skills both face to face, written and verbally is absolutely essential Job Offer This role offers; *Free Car parking *Subsidised canteen onsite *Pension *Weekly pay Hours will be from 8am to 5pm - to Saturday.
