Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS



Degree, diploma or experience in accounting and administrative field mandatory Previous experience in the agricultural industry will be advantageous Accounting/ bookkeeping advantageous Minimum of 5 years of experience Computer literate Must be computer literate (Excel). Experience with programs such as Xero & 4th Quadrant will be advantageous Experience with invoicing, payroll, statements & budgets Experience with stock take, orders, and data entries Must be able to take ownership, work independently and proactively General Administration skills Must have good interpersonal skills Must be able to work quickly, effectively and accurately and meet deadlines Hardworking, loyal, honesty and confidentiality are of great importance Sober habits Excellent people skills Strong people management skills Must be willing to travel when needed Valid driver's license with own vehicle

Processing monthly data Preparation of financial and general reports Record keeping and controlling of inventory Human resource management (salaries, wages & BAD) General administrative duties (filing, petty cash, diesel logs, etc.) Supporting current financial manager as needed
