Office Administrator & Social Media Coordinator
to join our growing team in
Paarden eiland, Cape Town

This is a versatile position that combines
administrative responsibilities
with
social media management
and
customer communication
.
We need someone who's confident, organized, and comfortable engaging with people -- both online and in person.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration (calls, emails, dealing with walk in customers etc.).
Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) -- assisting in creating posts, replying to comments, managing engagement, and assisting with campaigns.
Communicate with customers -- by phone, email, and in person -- in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist management with general office tasks and basic marketing support.
Requirements:
Confident and open personality, able to communicate easily with people.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and how they work.
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.).
Organized, responsible, and reliable.
Afrikaans speaking and writing is an advantage.
Prior experience in administration or social media management is an advantage, but not essential -- the right attitude matters most.
