Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage meetings and appointments for relevant departments
Manage directors diary and assist with phone calls
Take minutes for meetings, proof read and circulate
Help to plan company events
Deal with caterers and other external stakeholders
Travel arrangements
Assist MD where needed (travel arrangements, monitoring of emails, answering calls etc.)
Ensure documentation is kept securely and shredded when needed
Assist other departments when required
Order office supplies and furniture
