Job Description


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Suitable tertiary qualification
  • Advanced experience with MS Office
  • More than 6 years Office Administrative experience
  • Well spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage meetings and appointments for relevant departments
  • Manage directors diary and assist with phone calls
  • Take minutes for meetings, proof read and circulate
  • Help to plan company events
  • Deal with caterers and other external stakeholders
  • Travel arrangements
  • Assist MD where needed (travel arrangements, monitoring of emails, answering calls etc.)
  • Ensure documentation is kept securely and shredded when needed
  • Assist other departments when required
  • Order office supplies and furniture
