Nursing Standards Manager
Job Description
Key outputs, but not limited to:
Effective management of quality and business process standards
Effective management of training programmes for staff
Ensure customer satisfaction and correct interpretation of complaint management policy
Effective risk management
Management of stock and cost of sales
Set and manage performance targets
Support to Unit Managers and Doctors
Requirements:
Nursing Diploma or Degree and SANC registered
Management experience as Unit Manager or Training Manager
Excellent leadership abilities
Good understanding of the private healthcare sector
