Nursing Services Manager
Job Description
A private hospital group with the aim of putting high quality healthcare within everybody's reach is looking for a Nursing Services Manager to join their team at their hospital based in Malmesbury, Western Cape.
The Nursing Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the nursing department to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. This role ensures that nursing staff are effectively managed, supported, and trained while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
The Nursing Services Manager plays a key role in coordinating patient care, optimising nursing resources, and ensuring that the nursing department operates efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (Postgraduate qualification in Nursing or Healthcare Management advantageous)
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in using health management Information system (HMIS) (advantageous)
