Job Description

We require an experienced Nursing Services Manager for a Retirement Village in Pretoria East, Olympus. The Nursing Services Manager will take charge and be responsible for the smooth, efficient running of the Nursing Services for the Frailcare Unit and Village Nursing Services.

Experience and Qualification:

Registered Professional Nursing qualification - Degree or Diploma in Nursing Diploma in Nursing Management Current registration with SANC Proven Management skills of 5 years or more Geriatric nursing experience of 3 years Knowledge of all the Acts that govern the nursing profession
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Admission of residents Evaluation and assessment of the residents Nursing care plans Maintain all nursing policies Manage staff Marketing and promoting the services offered Communication with management, staff, residents and their families, doctors and other service providers Training and development of staff
