Who We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse
with valid SANC registrationExtensive geriatric care experience
-- you know what quality care looks likeProven management experience
in a healthcare or frailcare environmentStrong knowledge of
DSD, DOH, and SANC compliance requirements
Hands-on experience in
people management
-- leading teams, not just supervisingA passion for
patient care
, dignity, and compassionA high-energy, solutions-driven leader who can
run the facility like clockwork
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing all nursing and care operations across the Frailcare and Assisted Living units Ensuring
top-tier clinical care
and a warm, dignified environment for every resident Managing staff performance, morale, and professional development Maintaining compliance with allregulatory bodies
and internal protocols Driving a culture ofexcellence, empathy, and accountability
