Job Summary Required Qualifications:

4+ years' experience in control room, IT operations, or Security Operations Center (SOC).
1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of system monitoring, escalation workflows, and incident management.
Technical understanding of networks, servers, firewalls, and access control.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, and SolarWinds).
Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficient with enterprise monitoring tools and system dashboards
Strong troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, VPN, and remote access issues
Familiarity with CCTV/NVR systems and integrations
Sound understanding of uptime monitoring, data integrity, and incident protocols
Experience with risk assessments and security investigations
