Job Description

Working hours:

Night shift: Monday to Sunday: 20:00 - 08:00 - Every other week (week-on, week-off basis)

A lovely family is looking for a NIGHT Au pair for their 2 children

Area:

Higgovale, Cape Town

Child's Age:

2 year old girl and 4 year old boy - sensory processing disorder (Family and day shift Au pair whom is an OT will discuss this and support the candidate through this)

Working hours:

Night shift: Monday to Sunday: 20:00 - 08:00 - Every other week (week-on, week-off basis)

School holiday hours:

same as above

Duties:

Monitor kids sleep throughout the night, sleep train both (neither sleeps through at this stage), Get children ready for school in the mornings, Take to school in the mornings. The children will generally be sleeping by the time the night shift starts however on an odd occasion candidate will also assist Bathing and bedtime routine, Travel with the family

Special Requirements:

Female, aged 21-35, experience in sleep training, conservative, well presented, Good values.

Start Date and contract term:

ASAP - permanent

Salary:

R15 000 - R17 000pm (depending on experience) + SARS rates per km



All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

*Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.

*Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.

*Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.

*Must have a clear criminal record

*Must have a passion for children

*Must have Matric

*Must have a South African ID document.
