Traveling:
The family travels often, sometimes for 3-6 weeks at a time. You won't always be required to join, but when you do, you'll have plenty of free mornings/afternoons - with your main duties in the evenings so parents can enjoy a night out.
Live in or Live out:
Live-out (but may occasionally share a room with the toddler when travelling, depending on accommodation availability).
Duties:
Support mom with errands, toddler care, age-appropriate stimulation and activities. Provide a helping hand while mom is out, and travel with the family when required.
Special Requirements:
Mature, flexible, adaptable candidate.
Must hold a valid UK/EU visa or passport
due to frequent international travel. Experience with toddlers
Start Date and contract term:
Mid-November start, with the first family trip planned for the end of November. Ongoing, full-time position.
Salary:
R15 000 per month + SARS rates per km
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
*Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
*Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
*Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
*Must have a clear criminal record
*Must have a passion for children
*Must have Matric
*Must have a South African ID document.
