Understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry would be an advantage.
Experience in cold calling to develop a client base
Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures
Knowledge of competitive motor industry
Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service
Marketing and promotions
Achieve monthly sales Targets by prospecting and converting new business opportunities
Conduct professional vehicle demonstration and test drives tailored to customer operational needs
Handle objections, close deals and exceed dealership expectations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver's License
Clear Criminal Record
A minimum of Grade 12
Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Customer and team orientation
Motor industry experience is essential
Computer literacy is essential
3 years sales executive experience
Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets on budget and CE
