Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the motor industry, especially new vehicle sales processes.
  • Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the new vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies and standards.
