Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in new vehicle sales at a franchised dealership
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Provable sales record demonstrating consistent target achievement
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Sell new vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
- Assist clients with trade-ins, finance, and delivery processes
- Prospect and follow up on new business leads
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market awareness
