*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*
Our client, a well-established motor dealership in the vibrant hub of the South, is searching for a fresh-thinking, dynamic leader for their new car floor. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, boosting market share, and ensuring profitability, all while keeping a close eye on budgets, expenses, and performance and mentor and motivate a top-performing team, creating a winning culture that delivers results and keeps customers coming back, so in order to achieve this, you'll need at least 3 years of experience in a motor dealership, ideally within a busy, high-volume environment, strong business acumen, financial insight, and exceptional leadership skills and the ability to uphold the stellar reputation of this respected motor group and brand name.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
3+ years of New Car Sales Management experience
Hands-on leadership expertise
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to drive results
Strong online presence for marketing purposes
