Role Purpose

The New Business Sales Executive - Managed Services is responsible for driving net-new revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new managed services opportunities across the small, mid-market, and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development across Pink Elephant's Managed Services portfolio Build and maintain a strong qualified sales pipeline Conduct executive-level client engagements and solution-selling discussions Prepare, present, and close proposals, tenders, and contracts Achieve revenue, margin, and KPI targets Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasting Work closely with delivery and product teams to ensure smooth handover Attend industry events and contribute to marketing initiatives
Skills & Experience

Proven new business sales success in IT or Managed Services Strong solution-selling and consultative sales approach Excellent communication and negotiation skills Understanding of IT operations and service management Own transport and willingness to travel
Advantageous

ITIL / ITSM framework knowledge Experience with enterprise or mid-market clients
