Role Purpose

The New Business Sales Executive (Education & Training) is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of Pink Elephant's education and training solutions. This hunter-focused role targets new clients and builds strategic relationships with organisations seeking professional skills development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and close new business opportunities for education and training offerings Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across corporate and public sector clients Conduct discovery sessions to assess learning and skills development needs Present training solutions, certification pathways, and learning journeys Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts Achieve revenue and performance targets Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts Represent Pink Elephant at industry events and training forums
Skills & Experience

Proven new business sales experience, ideally in education or professional services Strong consultative and solution selling capability Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle
Advantageous

Experience selling professional training or certification programs Knowledge of ITSM, Agile, Project Management, or Governance training Network within HR, L&D, or training decision-makers
