Responsibilities:

• Growing new business ventures.
• Achieving profit targets.
• Transferring existing client bases, if applicable.
• Utilizing knowledge of airfreight operations in Africa.
• Identifying potential new clients and opportunities.
• Taking responsibility for acquiring, maintaining, and growing new business.
• Maintaining a focused sales mindset.
• Adherence to the strategic sales strategy.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the business.
• Managing and providing feedback on the sales pipeline.
• Negotiating rates with service providers.
• Demonstrating thorough administrative diligence.
• Collaborating closely with the Operational, Administrative, and Financial departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A high school diploma.
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of meeting profit targets.
• Demonstrated success in growing new businesses.
• Any existing client base that can be transferred would be highly beneficial.
• Experience and knowledge in airfreight operations in Africa is advantageous.
