Our client in the telematics industry is currently looking for a New Business Developer, in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
• Understanding each customerxe2x80x99s specific needs and assisting them with fulfilling these needs.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present to senior management.
• Arranging and managing customer training days.
• Managing customer technical issues through Geotabxe2x80x99s technical department.
• Fitting into the Geotab culture being energetic and vibrant.
• Actively pursue new business sales - target based.
• Travel daily and open potential new markets.
• Support existing Gauteng Business Development Manager.
• Attend business events to unlock new verticals and meet with potential clients.
• Submit daily/weekly reports.
• Present monthly turnover and performance to management.
• Attend training sessions as and when required.
• Exploring possible opportunities within the fleet management arena.
• Developing a take to market strategy based on the Geotab Value Proposition (VP).
• Presenting the Geotab VP to potential customers on a high level.

• Tertiary qualification preferable.
• 1 - 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driverxe2x80x99s License and own Transport.
• Fluency in local language.

• Dependant on qualification and experience.
