Network Administrator Networking, IT

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. As a Network Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our organization's network infrastructure. If you possess a passion for technology, have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in networking, and hold CISCO Certification and a Professional Cloud Network certificate, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain our company's local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their networking needs and implement solutions accordingly.
• Conduct regular network security audits and implement necessary measures to safeguard against potential threats.
• Upgrade and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Evaluate and recommend network technologies and solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Respond to network-related incidents, document resolutions, and proactively prevent future problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Network Administrator or a similar role.
• CISCO Certification (CCNA, CCNP, or higher) is mandatory.
• Professional Cloud Network (PCN) certificate is required.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network security concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest networking trends and technologies.
