Job Description

We are seeking a top-tier Bookkeeper, proficient in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online, to handle our day-to-day accounting and financial activities. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

We are looking for someone in a similar role, but looking for a home-based/remote opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

Accurately record financial transactions into NetSuite and QuickBooks Online Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly Generate and analyze financial reports using NetSuite/QuickBooks Online Provide regular financial reports to management Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate and relevant Support the team in ad-hoc projects and tasks
Requirements:

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of Bookkeeper or Accountant experience, preferably in an accounting or financial advisory firm Experience in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online is essential Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations
