- Validate documentation of clients and creditors in order to submit legal applications.
- Ensure payment plan matches accepted amounts
- Compile all documents ie. 17.1, 17.2, proposals sent, including email proof
- Follow up with credit providers for proposal responses.
- Be comfortable on the phone
- Able to work within a team and manage time effectively
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma or Degree
- Experience in Debt Counselling negotiations team is an advantage
- On-the-job training.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent in excel
- Computer literate
