Job Summary Minimum 150 FAIS credits in Short Term Insurance, recognised FAIS qualifications essential. 5 to 10 years Sales Management experience, minimum 10 staff members. National Sales Manager: Short Term Insurance Commercial and Personal Lines to provide advice, problem solving and support in practice formulation and associated sales and distribution best practice improvement tactics; enabling the provision of specialist expertise. Minimum 5 to 10 years experience essential. Managing and supporting regional Sales Teams of a minimum of 10 Sales Consultants. Travel is required. Engagement with senior stakeholders in the Brokers, Binders and internal stakeholders.

Sales Performance Management: Establish and drive the implementation of a strategy to enhance and optimise leads | Sales and Distribution Planning: Develop the Sales execution strategy and business plan for AFS distribution channels | Sales Opportunity Management: Establish value based strategy for all leads and sales opportunities within AIFA and | Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities.

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
