? Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to clients through outbound calls.
- Assess clients' needs and offer relevant service recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop customized insurance solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in short-term insurance.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate relationships with referrals and transition them into valued clients.
- Stay updated with the latest insurance offerings.
- Review client requirements to identify suitable insurance packages.
- Evaluate risks to determine appropriate payment amounts.
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Regulatory Examination 5 (RE 5) or in progress with DOFA
- FAIS Credits or in progress with DOFA
- Class of Business (advantageous)
- 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the insurance sector/industry.
- 6-12 months of short-term insurance experience.
? Remuneration:
- Basic salary of R10,000 + commission.
