Job Summary**Key Responsibilities:**- Acquire new franchise partners and sell franchise opportunities for the Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty brand.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and secure potential franchisees.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners, providing exceptional service and support.- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to successfully close franchise agreements.- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align franchise sales goals with the company's overall strategy.- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to promote our franchise offerings.- Travel extensively across South Africa to meet with potential franchisees and represent the brand.**Qualifications:**- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a franchise or luxury market.- Demonstrated sales track record with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.- Professional appearance and demeanor, embodying the values of an international luxury brand.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and travel frequently around South Africa.The Good Human (Pty)LtdRecruiter
