Key Responsibilities:
- Drive national franchise growth by acquiring new partners.
- Identify, target, and secure qualified franchisees.
- Lead engaging presentations and negotiations to close franchise agreements.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and partners.
- Represent the brand at key events, expos, and networking functions.
- Align with executive leadership on growth strategy and goals.
- Travel extensively across South Africa to build a strong national footprint.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in real estate sales (franchise or luxury markets preferred).
- A strong sales track record and a passion for driving business development.
- A professional, polished image aligned with a premium brand.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
