Job Description
We're on the lookout for an experienced Trainer to train field staff in methodology, processes and procedures by effectively training products.
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitation of training sessions
- Effective implementation of the training
- Effective delivery of training
- Effective Self-Management
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Diploma at NQF level 5
- Drivers license and own reliable car
- 2-3 years training experience in telecommunications/FMCG/Consumer electronics industry
- Communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Time Management Skills
- Planning and Organising Skills
- Customer/Client Service Skills
