A well-established international company specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of various world-class agricultural products requires the above to oversee and execute a wide range of design, branding, and marketing activities across multiple companies.
Minimum requirements for the role:

• A degree or diploma in marketing and design or a related qualification is essential for this role.
• Previous experience having worked as a marketing / graphic designer is essential for this role.
• Previous experience having worked on Illustrator is essential for the role.
• International design experience is preferred but not essential for the role.
• Must be proficient in adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Must have a strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Must have excellent project and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website platforms (e.g., WordPress, WIX) is preferred.
• Previous experience working in social media management and content scheduling tools is preferred.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
• The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker who is a hands-on designer who can bring ideas to life visually, whilst maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, support the marketing and sales teams through compelling visual communication and content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and executing a wide range of design, branding, and marketing activities across multiple companies whilst maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, support the marketing and sales teams through compelling visual communication and content.
• Designing product packaging, labels, logos, brochures, booklets, and presentations.
• Creating and updating marketing materials including pull-up banners, promotional gifts, gazebos, flags, and signage.
• Developing product guides and illustrate product technologies.
• Designing internal corporate materials such as folders, email signatures, and letterheads and supporting corporate branding.
• Developing and managing corporate identities for multiple companies whilst maintaining brand consistency across all visual and written content.
• Developing brand books, business profiles, and voice guidelines as well as ensuring cohesive branding across all digital and physical platforms.
• Creating and managing social media pages for various companies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Designing, scheduling, and posting social content regularly and monitoring and managing online reputation and social media crises.
• Handling all photography and video content.
• Managing and overseeing the company's website.
• Designing event specific materials as well as attending various events and conferences.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
