Key Responsibilities

Create and serve a wide range of cocktails, including classic recipes and innovative creations

Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines

Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring every patron feels valued and well-cared-for

Engage with guests to understand their preferences and make personalized recommendations

Work efficiently during peak periods, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Lead inventory management, ordering, and stock control

Contribute to the development of new cocktails and menu items

Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to company policies and procedures

Foster a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a bartender/mixologist

Extensive knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Certification in mixology or sommelier program preferred
