You will be responsible for curating innovative cocktails, delivering excellent guest experiences at the bar, and contributing to the flair and reputation of our venue.Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality cocktails and signature drinks with precision and creativity
• Assist in developing seasonal and themed cocktail menus in collaboration with management
• Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and delivering outstanding service
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area in line with health regulations
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and place bar-related orders when needed
• Train and mentor junior bar staff on drink preparation and service techniques
• Stay current with industry trends, new products, and mixology innovations
• Participate in in-house promotions, events, and themed evenings
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with liquor licensing laws

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of bartending/mixology experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and during peak trading hours
• Creative flair and a passion for mixology
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar inventory management
• Barista or wine knowledge is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
