Job Summary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: xe2x80xa2 Grade 12 or equivalent; xe2x80xa2 Competent A&B certificate is a requirement; xe2x80xa2 Blasting Certificate (DMRE/MQA Level 3) MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: xe2x80xa2 A minimum of one-year experience as a Crew Captain; xe2x80xa2 A previous experience as either LHD, Bolter or Drill Rig Operator will be an advantage; xe2x80xa2 Experience in the mechanised mining will be an added advantage; xe2x80xa2 At least three years' experience in a mining environment; COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS: xe2x80xa2 Literacy in English and numeracy; xe2x80xa2 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
