Millwright (injection Moulding/ Paintline)

Job Description
Job Summary Requirements:
- Millwrights who have Injection Moulding experience/ who are familiar with working at a factory (paintline) - preferred.
- Minimum - Matric Qualification
- A relevant Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be Advantageous.
- Technical Education NTC4 - Millwright Trade Tested.
- 2-4 Years Experience in the Manufacturing and/ or Automotive Industry.
- Servicing and maintenance of pneumatic/hydraulic controls and their components.
- Installation work on machines and systems.
- Component testing and documentation after maintenance work.
- Special tasks according to definition of plant-specific process instruction and instructions by superiors.
- Knowledge of the maintenance program, basic knowledge of mechatronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, drive technology.
- Participation in process improvements as part of RPS proper handling of work materials.
- Delivery according to specific standards and guidelines.
- Share - communicate information by statements, suggestions, gesture or appearance.
- Basic understanding of paint processes paint robots and fault finding.
