Millwright Foundry / Cnc / Paint Plant Artisan) Alrode
Job Description
Maintains production of all types of machines by monitoring and reporting of deviations. Repairing and setting by means of manufacturing specifications. Replacing of worn components in the foundry, machine shop and paint plant electrical, mechanical and control systems etc.
Millwright Trade Qualification
Experience in paint and foundry area will be beneficial
Fanuc Control knowledge
CNC machine Knowledge
PLC experience
Instrumentation
Hand Tool skills
Helium machine Knowledge
Burners
10 Years field experience
Read and understand All types of drawings (electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic).
Ensure the safe running of the plant by doing fault finding on all machinery and prevention of electrical hazards such as loose motor cables, damaged electrical push buttons as well as mechanical hazards, i.e. lubrication/hydraulic oil on the factory floor, damaged safety fences or gates, factory compressed air and water pipes
Complete jobs according to priority and planned maintenance work schedule
Respond to call outs and breakdowns
Acquire the knowledge to repair electric drive systems relating to production machinery in all production department
Use knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic circuits and PLCxe2x80x99s to complete tasks in the factory
Uses knowledge and experience to read, interpret mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, electric drawings
Ensure daily job/time sheets are submitted complete and timeously
