Migration Support Specialist Evdb
Job Description
Collaborate with the Senior Technical Lead to plan and execute migration activities.
Support the selection and use of appropriate migration tools based on source and destination platforms.
Prepare and validate source data for migration, ensuring integrity and compliance.
Monitor migration progress, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
Document migration processes, configurations, and outcomes.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
Assist with post-migration validation and user support.
Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably involving Box and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with Microsoft OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Blob Storage.
Understanding of migration tools such asMover.io, ShareGate, Quest, or similar.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
