WE ARE: A Lifestyle & Fashion and beauty-focused Public Relations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : a mid-weight PR Account Manager with a strong interest and understanding of the beauty and fashion industry and with proven connections with social media influencers, creators, and talent agents, and experience in navigating contract and deliverable negotiations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: Public Relations, build relationships with beauty journalists and influencers, account management, write, budget planning, think strategically and creatively.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

• At least 3-5 years' experience in media communications including Fashion Public Relations and Influencer Marketing.
• Excellent organisational skills with avid attention to detail and follow through.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication, negotiation skills.
• Well-developed strategic, organisational and conceptual development skills and ability to follow through and complete multiple tasks and goals
• The ability to think strategically and manage large cloud storage systems
• Excellent personal manner, outgoing personality, comfortable dealing with many external contacts and representing the brands.
• Knowledge in influencer reporting and analysis. Experience using influencer reporting tools/technology is a plus.
• Budget planning and reconciliation
• Strategy Maker: finding creative solutions to brands and influencers' problems in collaboration with the operational team
• Experience in contract negotiations with excellent negotiation skills.
• Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings
• Manage the PR aspect of a possible crisis situation
• Ensure sourcing and procurement of new clients
• Have your own car
• Good PowerPoint or design skills for presentations
