:If you are a highly skilled, and experienced Mid-Weight Graphic Designer you have the opportunity to play a key role in conceptualising and creating compelling visual assets across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with a creative and account service team and clients to deliver high-quality designs that meet project objectives and exceed expectations. You will be a creative bridge between junior and senior designers and are expected to demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, technical design skills, and the ability to handle projects with a fair degree of autonomy.Responsibilities:Creative Execution

• Design impactful visuals for print, digital, social, and branding platforms.

• Turn marketing goals into effective creative strategies.

Project Ownership

• Lead projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve client objectives.

Concept Development

• Contribute original ideas and support campaign storytelling.

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Guide junior designers with feedback and technical help.

• Work under senior creatives to refine output.

Client Engagement

• Join client meetings to present design concepts.

• Apply feedback constructively in revisions.

Technical Proficiency

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Deliver production-ready assets for digital and print.

Project Management

• Handle multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

• Prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.

Team Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and align creative assets.

Brand Consistency

• Ensure visual and tonal consistency across all designs to reinforce brand identity.

Quality Assurance

• Review all work for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Industry Awareness

• Stay current with design trends and tools to drive innovation and efficiency.

RequirementsPlease note:

• Overtime is the norm in this industry, so be willing to work overtime and on weekends where necessary however you will have the opportunity to gain back the overtime worked in line with BCEA.

• Be able to handle working under extreme pressure, as there are multiple jobs in the system at any given time.

• A link to your creative work OR portfolio is required upon application.

• Certificates from recognised institutions that specialise in advertising, marketing, and graphic design are essential.

• Successful candidates will be tasked with a project for completion as part of the vetting process in order to be shortlisted to final stages.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency or creative studio environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software (Figma and Canva).

• Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory.

• Excellent creative thinking, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.

• Experience in motion graphics and/or video editing is a plus.
