A leading fragrance, cosmetics, and personal care brand is looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join their marketing team in Ballito.
The role requires strong creative flair, brand consistency, and the ability to deliver impactful designs across retail, print, and digital platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative assets daily across digital, retail, and analog platforms.
• Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, packaging artwork, POS material, and marketing collateral for campaigns and promotions.
• Create compelling designs for social media, websites, email, and direct marketing.
• Prepare print-ready artwork for packaging, retail displays, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency and elevate brand identity across all four brands in the portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate briefs into impactful, on-brand design.
• Adapt master creative concepts into multiple formats, ensuring high quality across sizes and channels.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with global design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' proven graphic design experience (portfolio essential).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Canva and video editing/motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Experience in preparing artwork for print production (DTP, die-lines, pre-press checks).
• Knowledge of digital formats, optimising for web and social media.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Creativity, flexibility, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt quickly.
• Bonus: Photography and image retouching.
