A leading International Construction Cost Consultancy, established in 1936, is seeking a talented and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
With operations in over 42 countries and a portfolio of more than 8,100 successful projects, the company is renowned for delivering comprehensive cost management solutions across a wide range of sectors: including commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, residential, and retail.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Mid-level Quantity Surveyor with approximately 5 years of experience to contribute to the delivery of diverse and high-profile projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional seeking to further their career within a globally respected consultancy known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence.
Requirements:

Private sector development experience - you will work on commercial and mixed-use developments.
SACQSP registration (PrQS) is preferable.

Responsibilities:

Elemental estimating.
Construction cost management.
Monthly progress and cost reports.
